Service Assistant

This role requires onsite presence and active participation in daily service operations.

automotive, service center, dealership, or vehicle operations experience.

Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented environment.

The Service Assistant works with other members of the Service team to make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This position supports customer experience, vehicle movement, service operations, shop support, and general service center execution while helping the team respond to a rapidly changing workload and prioritize accordingly.
