Maintain project documentation, floor plans, vendor contacts, and asset records

Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Exposure to project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Asana, Service Now)

Experience working with vendors, contractors, or facilities service providers

Familiarity with access control systems, security vendors, or workplace technology

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Manager to support the Real Estate and Workplace Services teams of the company.

Support daily operations and upkeep of the company’s headquarters in St.

Assist in coordination of vendors for maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, security, and other facility-related needs

Assist with space planning, furniture moves, and office reconfigurations

Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify facility issues and ensure compliance with safety and security standards
