The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. HubSpot's Events Platform is the behavioral data backbone of the product–it’s the infrastructure that captures, stores, and surfaces what contacts, companies, and customers actually

across every HubSpot-connected surface.

Every workflow trigger, segment, report, and AI-powered insight that depends on behavioral data runs on top of the Events platform.

Some of your roadmap is foundational infrastructure that internal teams and app partners build on.

Some of it is the direct customer experience of creating, managing, and understanding event data inside HubSpot.
