Talent Acquisition, Recruiter - Contractor

2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry is a plus

Demonstrated experience to effectively assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter

The hourly range for this role is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
