Responsibilities
The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is responsible for gynecologic, obstetric, and infertility ultrasounds utilizing transducers (both 2D abdominal and vaginal transducer and also 3D vaginal transducer), ultrasound imaging equipment, and doppler technology.
They will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care and working closely with our dynamic clinical team.
Prepares exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations
Performing clinical assessments and diagnostic gynecologic, obstetric, and infertility ultrasound procedures utilizing various transducers (3D, 2D vaginal and abdominal)
Utilize EMR system to properly import scans accurately.
Address concerns of abnormal findings with physician in a timely manner
