Requirements
8+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years leading creative teams in an agency environment.
A strong background in design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
Experience in digital design, experiential design, and motion graphics is a plus.
A deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and user-centered design principles.
Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing, experiential campaigns, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
Set the creative vision for projects and ensure alignment with client goals, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
Work closely with the Executive Creative Director and other Creative Directors to ensure creative cohesion across all projects.
Actively contribute to design work, creating concepts, visuals, and prototypes for digital and experiential campaigns.
Maintain a high standard of design and execution while staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with the strategy team to develop insights-driven creative solutions that address client challenges.
