Kensington Tours is seeking a senior commercial leader to transform and professionalize its global sourcing function across Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and other key partners. This role is responsible for driving measurable COGS reduction, elevating vendor performance standards, and building a best-in-class commercial sourcing organization. This is not a traditional procurement role.
It is a strategic commercial leadership position with enterprise-level impact on margin, competitiveness, and supplier leverage.
