Requirements

To join our team:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA designation required

5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting with a focus on consolidation and multi-entity accounting

Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations and business combination accounting

Experience with consolidation tools (CCH Tagetik, Hyperion) and ERP systems (Microsoft D365) an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst specializing in consolidation to join our finance team. In this role, you will consolidate financial statements across the organization while ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with ASPE standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our consolidation processes, transitioning from Excel to an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for permanent placement.

What you’re responsible for:

Review and consolidate financial data across all group entities

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including notes and supplementary disclosures

Produce compliance certificates and reports required by internal and external stakeholders

Ensure consolidated results comply with financial covenants and thresholds
