Responsibilities
Number of vacancies:
The Clinical Research Coordinator I (CRCI) collaborates with Investigators, other research teams members, and the health care team to assume responsibility for several research studies at West Park Healthcare Centre, including the overall patient management and coordination of a prospective observational cohort study, and data collection and management of a retrospective research database and several retrospective research studies.

Coordinate patient visit schedules as per study protocol; execute all aspects of study visit (e.g.
medical histories, questionnaires, scheduling testing, sample collection, including processing and shipment of samples according to clinical protocol);
Prepare and maintain research files, implement and coordinate all aspects of data collection and source documentation, as per UHN policy and ICH/GCP guidelines;
