Senior Telecommunications Manager - Outside plant and FTTH

Engineering experience delivering projects for Hydro-Québec.

Strong knowledge of active telecommunications networks, including telecommunications equipment, as well as outside plant telecommunications infrastructure (fiber optics, FTTH, and backbone networks).

Proficiency with design tools and specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS) is considered an asset.

Experience with large-scale network deployment projects is an asset.
