As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full life cycle recruiting for highly specialized Research and Development roles across scientific, technical, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and product development functions.

You will develop targeted recruiting strategies for complex and hard-to-fill positions, promote consistent recruitment processes, and effectively leverage technology, data, and AI advancements to improve sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruiting efficiency.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract highly specialized scientific, technical, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and product development talent; collaborate with Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcers and external partners when additional market support is needed.

Promote Elanco’s employer brand by clearly communicating the company’s purpose, R&D strategy, scientific opportunities, and the impact each role has on animal health innovation.
