Commercial Roofing Service Lead Technician

Must be at least 18 years old

5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems

A valid driver's license

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly

Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions

Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.

Roof maintenance and repairs

Maintain professional interaction with all customers

Manage commercial roofing systems, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines

Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles)
