Senior Software Engineer

You will own and drive end to end delivery of quality work.

Hands-on experience in an AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (ADLC).

Proficient in leveraging AI coding agents (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and applying spec-driven development methodologies to accelerate engineering workflows.

Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications.

Experience working with both foundational LLM and SLM models to build autonomous, multi-agent architectures.

Expertise in Context Engineering and building RAG and MCP architectures to optimize retrieval accuracy, context management, and model grounding.

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00
