Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing or leading technical, AV, IT, or event support teams.

Strong customer service mindset, with experience delivering and maintaining a first‑class service experience.

Solid background in IT, AV, event production, or customer support environments.

Ability to oversee and support troubleshooting of AV, meeting room technology, hardware, and software issues.

Experience working with event production and video workflows; video editing knowledge is advantageous.

Familiarity with vMix, Adobe Premiere, and other event production software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the Event Production & AV Ops Hub, ensuring delivery of a first‑class customer service experience.

Provide operational leadership and line management for the Hub team and on‑site AV Technicians in India.

Oversee the delivery of remote support for virtual and hybrid meetings and events using the Microsoft Teams platform.

Ensure proactive monitoring of equipment, services, and platforms to confirm readiness ahead of meetings and events.

Act as an escalation point for complex technical, service delivery, and customer issues.

Ensure effective support of in‑room technologies to enable seamless collaboration across virtual and hybrid environments.
