Required:
Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of relevant experience.
One to three years property management experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Word for Windows, and parking facility management software (when applicable)
Analytic and financial skills necessary to facilitate budgeting, billing, and monthly reconciliation.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

The
Property Operations Specialist
reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Functions as an assistant property manager, responsible for directing ongoing projects, billing function and securing appropriate answers for
problems (when applicable, resolving day to day parking issues). When applicable, manages the daily operations of parking facilities owned and operated by Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NMH) in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
