Requirements
Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, customer concerns, and service-related complaints
Lead investigations into service incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective and preventative actions are implemented
Oversee service equipment, tools, fleet coordination, inventory controls, and required reporting
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Safety, and Supply teams to align service delivery with business objectives
Support audits, inspections, and interactions with provincial regulators and external stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of propane systems, service operations, and installation practices

Service Manager – Atlantic Region
is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall performance, safety, and regulatory compliance of Avenir Energy’s service operations across Atlantic Canada.
This role provides direct leadership to
Gasfitter A and Gasfitter B technicians
, ensuring consistent technical standards, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service across multiple branches and jurisdictions.
The Service Manager plays a critical role in aligning field service operations with corporate objectives while maintaining full compliance with provincial regulators and industry codes.
