Day-to-day litigation and dispute resolution management, including complex commercial litigation, trade secrets disputes, and related discovery management.

Independently attend mediations and depositions.

Manage litigation efficiently, appropriately leveraging and managing outside counsel.

Provide practical and business-focused

advice and counsel, taking into account multiple stakeholder perspectives where necessary.

Assess risks and offer client-focused practical solutions and options.
