Technical Recruiting Coordinator

You will manage complex interview logistics, maintain ATS integrity, support recruiting reporting, and gradually take ownership of background check and onboarding coordination processes.

While the primary focus will be supporting Technical Recruiting, this role may also flex to support business hiring as needed.

Experience using ATS or HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Greenhouse, or similar systems

Maintain accurate candidate data across systems, including but not limited to Greenhouse, Workday, and Dayforce

Manage job postings, requisitions, and status updates within ATS and HRIS platforms

Track interview feedback and support recruiter reporting needs
