Requirements
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
2+ years of leadership experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of CNC machining operations, setups, tooling, workholding, and shop workflow
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and process documentation
Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, and bore gauges

to lead daily operations in our machine shop supporting the production of complex precision components for
turbine engines and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)
