Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager you will lead our electro mechanical assembly operations. You will oversee the performance, documentation, and development of teams producing automation components such as industrial controllers, motors, actuators, and pneumatic manifolds.

This role sits at the core of our operations and our platforms — ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, quality standards, and the continuous evolution of our manufacturing capabilities. You are both a coach and a builder, a people, operations, and technical leader, someone who leads by example, drives standardization, and partners closely with engineering, design, supply chain, and logistics to bring product ideas to life on the floor.

What You Will Do

Lead and Coach: Lead mechanical and electrical assembly teams to achieve high quality, throughput, and accountability.

Insourcing & Outsourcing Execution: Support the strategic evaluation and execution of insourcing and outsourcing products to balance internal capacity, cost, and lead times.

Standardization: Maintain and continuously improve standard work documentation (work instructions, visuals, BOM references).
