Clinical Supervisor - ACCS

Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, or social work.

Experience working with adults with mental illness.

Vaid Massachusetts drivers license

Possess a current clinical license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred, (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, etc.)

Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals, including conducting assessments, completing crisis plans, and individual treatment plans.

Engage directly with clients to deliver person-centered care utilizing a strengths-based approach.

Provide clinical guidance, oversight, and side-by-side modeling to teammates and supervisees to enhance their delivery of client treatment interventions.

Provide field and office based supervision to case managers, direct care staff, and Residential Program Managers (if applicable).
