Lead all plant-level financial operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Partner with Plant and Operations leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making, cost efficiency, and productivity improvements.

Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with U.S.

GAAP, corporate policies, and external audit requirements.

Monitor, analyze, and report on plant performance metrics (e.g., cost variances, inventory accuracy, capital expenditures).

Develop and lead a small finance team onsite, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in financial processes.
