Research, review, evaluate, and process change requests and premium receivables at an account, policy or group level for P&C or L&R, while upholding regulated and filed rules.

Provide an exceptional level of Distinctive Service consistently including all interactions with Clients, Agents, Schools, and business partners.

Continuously seek process improvements, eliminating gaps, redundancies, ensuring all controls/operating procedures are followed and striving for first call and/or once and done resolution.

Routinely provides updates on production and quality for any assigned work to ensure transparency of service level expectations.
