Account Manager
Requirements
Understand the use of AI tools to work more efficiently, identify account opportunities faster, and spend more time on high-value client interactions.
3+ years in account management, client success, or consultative sales\u2014experience with legal industry clients strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
Comfortable with numbers and using data to drive recommendations.\u00A0
Familiarity with Martindale\u2011Avvo products or similar legal marketing platforms
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and email tools such as Outreach
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of ~200 law\u2011firm and legal\u2011service clients, building strong, long\u2011term relationships.
Onboard new clients: set up accounts, establish goals, and ensure successful adoption of products/services.
Conduct regular, data-driven performance reviews, leveraging AI-assisted insights where appropriate to measure ROI, identify opportunities, and recommend optimizations.
Drive revenue growth through consultative upselling and cross\u2011selling of relevant Martindale\u2011Avvo solutions.
Proactively monitor client health signals and intervene to prevent churn.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to escalate issues, share feedback, and improve the client experience.
