Part-time:

$47.79 - $59.74

per hour + health insurance at 26+ hours per week

Full-time:

$42.67 - $53.33

Clinical & administrative time are compensated at the same rate

As a therapist at Cortica, you'll support children and their caregivers by helping families understand diagnoses, build effective home supports, advocate for their child, and navigate emotional challenges.

You will also help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being.

This role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative

You'll provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families

Enjoy a consistent caseload, streamlined workflows and administrative support

We are flexible to align schedules with your best availability. To ensure a consistent caseload, we ask for between 10-25 hours of availability during peak hours.
