Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or receiving operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with Warehouse Management System, WorkDay, or other inventory management systems.
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Position Summary
This position will be responsible for all receiving and storage activities as well as inventory management. Key element of this position will be developing and deploying best practices for day-to-day operations. This includes receiving, storage, inventory control, customer back-to-date recovery, space planning and 3PL management. The leader will be expected to accomplish this through effective mentoring, coaching and lean practices. Key objectives will include safety, quality, productivity, cost, customer service and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
Administer all receiving operations, including unloading, verifying, and sorting deliveries to ensure incoming shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage receiving activities including storage, inventory control, customer backorder recovery, space planning, and third-party logistics (3PL) coordination.
Enforce warehouse safety policies and OSHA standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
