Requirements
8+ years of marketing experience, including product marketing and/or integrated campaign management, with 2-3+ years in a people-leadership role
Proven track record owning a GTM process from brief to launch, ideally for a consumer hardware, subscription, or DTC brand
Experience managing or closely partnering with organic social and community teams
Comfort working with B2B or partnerships teams to build and execute co-marketing campaigns
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align creative, brand, and channel teams around a single strategy
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000–$210,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
Responsibilities
Own the go-to-market process end-to-end, from strategic brief through launch, for new products, features, and initiatives
Partner with cross-channel leads (paid, lifecycle, retail, etc.) to plan and execute campaigns that hit business goals
Build and maintain a GTM framework and cadence that keeps teams aligned on timelines, positioning, and success metrics
Partner with Brand Creative to shape and evolve brand strategy and craft campaigns that connect strategy to communications
Partner with Product to bring software feature announcements and hardware launches to life through integrated campaigns that drive sales, engagement, and brand love
Oversee organic social and community, setting the strategy and standard for how Fi shows up across these owned, non-paid environments
