Requirements
Builder First, Advocate Second:
You’re comfortable working across real codebases and can speak credibly about systems, tradeoffs, and failure modes—not just features.
You have hands-on experience with modern development stacks (Python, JavaScript, Java, Rust, or similar).
You understand how developers actually work and have a working mental model of AI systems, LLMs, agents, RAG, and tooling—bonus points if you’ve broken things while experimenting.
You can explain complex technical ideas simply, honestly, and confidently—whether that’s on stage, in a live demo, or in a short social post.
