Responsibilities

The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role by providing sales support to the Business Development team, furthering the Focus Partners Wealth brand by delivering an outstanding client experience and helping to drive growth and success for the firm within the firm’s custodial referral network programs.

Engage with Financial Consultants (FCs) as well as the end-clients through proactive outreach & ongoing communication.

Provide ongoing sales support to the Business Development Team including but not limited to: scheduling, prospecting, marketing, event coordination, and analytics.

Utilize CRM and other technologies for all data entry and internal workflow: pipeline & task management, and ongoing client communications.

Coordinate across business lines with Financial Consultants, Business Development Team and Advisor Teams.

Experience with CRM system; Salesforce preferred.
