This individual will serve as a leader in the department, assisting with development and implementation of quality assurance programs, performance improvement initiatives and training and coaching of clinic staff.

Assist with coordinating the daily activities of the clinic and troubleshooting daily issues.

Anticipates staffing needs for subsequent clinic days and makes necessary arrangements for coverage within the department.

Monitor department operations and take appropriate action as necessary to ensure efficient and effective completion of all tasks and projects.

Support operational changes to meet service needs, goals and objectives.
