Weekend Virtual Urgent Care/Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

At least three years or more working as an APP, preferably in acute settings, urgent care, emergency medicine, and/or primary care or internal medicine with heavy acute management.

For Nurse Practitioners: active and in-good-standing RN and APRN licenses.

For Physician Assistants: an active and in-good-standing Physician Assistant license.

Experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency room, and/or geriatrics.

Experience performing visits over telehealth video platforms.

$120K-155K base range plus performance based bonus paid out quarterly or annually ($10K-$20K) for a total comp range of $130K-170K

Your primary focus will be delivering world class acute care to our members with emergent/critical illness.

The Care OnDemand APP will diagnose complex medical conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and work with patients, families, and Care OnDemand team to establish care plans.

Performing Care OnDemand (acute care) visits including evaluating and diagnosing acute illnesses, ordering/interpreting diagnostic testing, establishing care plans including prescribing appropriate medications, and assessment for quality of care (STARS/HEDIS) interventions as well as social and home health/DME needs.
