Workday Administrator

5+ years of experience in Workday administration, specifically supporting both HCM and Financial Management modules.

Data-driven decision-maker with extensive experience in automation and a deep understanding of the interactions between people, processes, and systems.

Ability to work with XML, Java and Web Service based integrations.

Experienced with implementation that spans multiple countries

Experience with FinTech

Acting as a bridge between HR, Finance, and Engineering, this role ensures that our enterprise systems are seamlessly integrated, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.

You will be partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to provide technical expertise, lead system enhancements, and ensure that every employee and stakeholder can interact with Workday efficiently and securely.

Following the implementation, you will be responsible for administering the Workday systems, providing functional support;updating the system to meet our needs, monitoring end user usage and performing daily administration tasks.

System Configuration and Optimization:

execute the roadmap for Workday HCM and Financials, including the post-implementation and ongoing administration of Workday Platform.

Troubleshooting Workday configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes.
