The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$95,000-$105,000
+
bonus
+ medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Financial Analyst
supporting
Customer Incentive Programs
, you will play a key role in analyzing, managing, and optimizing incentive and rebate programs targeted at external customers. This role focuses on leveraging financial and operational data to evaluate program performance, support strategic decision‑making, and drive profitable business growth.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance partners, you will ensure customer incentive programs are financially sound, strategically aligned, and effectively executed—delivering value to both customers and Cornerstone Building Brands.
