Solar Field Sales Manager

Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience.

At least one (1) year of solar sales management experience.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs.

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.

Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills.

Mentor and coach the existing team to improve performance and close rates.

Close your own leads to drive personal and team success.

Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team.

Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency.

Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to push growth.
