Requirements

Previous experience of working with a B2B client and/or a regulated industry.

Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.

Demonstrated experience managing teams that utilize AI creative tools, specifically Pencil.

Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs.

The Account Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes to drive projects from brief to delivery.

They create timing plans and budgets on OMG (our project management platform), assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative output and ensure the projects they own are delegated to the creatives and liaise with the team in UK & SA.

This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in running digital content and social campaigns within the professional services space will have an advantage.
