Working knowledge of engineering roles, tech stacks, and terminology sufficient to credibly engage engineers and hiring managers on scope and leveling

Ability to influence and advise senior technical stakeholders on role scoping, leveling, and engineering talent market dynamics

Our engineering org is consistently hiring across disciplines (backend, frontend, infrastructure, ML, and beyond), so a key aspect of this role is working with engineering hiring managers to develop strategies to find qualified, diverse technical candidates.

From sourcing passive engineering talent to closing offers, you will be responsible for providing all candidates with an exceptional experience and ensuring Klaviyo is engaging with and hiring the exceptional engineers who will help scale our product and platform.

Your empathy and customer-first approach will forge lasting relationships with both candidates and engineering hiring managers, and you'll act as a trusted advisor on technical hiring strategy.
