Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that exceptional safety, quality and presentation standards are met for Air North's In-Flight Kitchen.
You will ensure daily sanitation measures and follow specifications for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Wash and sanitize all dishware and cooking equipment
Operate an industrial dish machine and ensure proper wash procedures are used
Remove garbage, recycling and compost as needed
Gather containers and organize for efficient delivery
