Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering

Electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing background strongly preferred

10 plus years across engineering, supply chain, and or program management, with 3 plus years in a people management role

Demonstrated success leading supplier industrialization or supplier development in hardware manufacturing, power electronics, energy, or adjacent capital equipment preferred

Track record hiring and developing high performing technical teams in NPI heavy or startup environments

Experience managing globally distributed supplier portfolios across multiple geographies and time zones

Working knowledge of international trade regulations and export compliance for electronics and electrical equipment

As Manager, Supplier Industrialization, you will build and lead Amperesand’s global SIE function, owning the strategy, processes, and team that bring new suppliers from development into volume production.
