Requirements

Hands-on experience administering HR systems and supporting employee lifecycle processes in a business environment

Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and how HR systems support them

Experience with reporting, BI reporting, data validation, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution

Experience supporting integrations, file feeds, bulk uploads, and practical system or workflow improvements

Experience owning or administering a ticketing platform such as FreshService

Experience supporting learning or compliance systems such as Docebo

Responsibilities

The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the effective administration, support, and continuous improvement of HR systems and related workflows.

This role serves as a key partner across HR Operations and other business functions by owning system administration, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and process optimization.

Own day-to-day HR systems administration, including employee changes, data maintenance, workflow support, troubleshooting, configuration updates, system permissions, routine maintenance, and testing within established governance

Support reporting, data integrity, and audit activities by building and validating recurring and ad hoc reports, maintaining deep UKG BI reporting knowledge, and conducting audits and reconciliations across HR systems and connected processes

Support file feeds, integrations, bulk uploads, and recurring system activities tied to annual compensation cycles and other people programs

Help administer and improve FreshService as the HR Operations ticketing system, while providing timely and thoughtful support to employees and internal stakeholders on system troubleshooting and process questions
