Product & Growth Strategy - Principal

8+ years of experience in strategy, growth, product strategy, strategic initiatives, business operations, monetization, marketplace/platform strategy, or related roles within high-growth consumer technology companies

Experience working on consumer-facing products, growth initiatives, monetization strategies, marketplace ecosystems, subscriptions/membership products, or creator platforms

Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and drive initiatives from idea to execution in fast-moving environments

Curiosity around consumer behavior, platform ecosystems, creator monetization, AI, and emerging business models

Background in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, analytics, or related strategic disciplines is a plus, but not required

will help lead high-priority initiatives across consumer growth, monetization, platform strategy, partnerships, and new business opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, strategy, product, and operations - working closely with senior leadership to identify where the business is going and how we build scalable systems, products, and experiences to support that growth.

The ideal candidate is deeply curious about consumer behavior, platform dynamics, growth strategy, monetization, and emerging technology trends - and can translate ideas into actionable initiatives across a fast-moving organization.
