Requirements
2 à 3 ans d'expérience en localisation, coordination de production, assurance qualité ou dans des domaines connexes du jeu vidéo ou des médias.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication ; capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches auprès de différents intervenants et sur différentes plateformes.
Maîtrise des outils et des flux de travail de localisation (par exemple : TMS, outils de TAO, Jira, CMS, Confluence, etc.).
La connaissance des principes d'internationalisation et/ou des processus de certification des plateformes est un atout.
Maîtrise parfaite ou quasi parfaite d'une langue prise en charge en japonais(e) et excellentes compétences en communication en anglais.
Passion pour les jeux vidéo et la création d'expériences de jeu de haute qualité dans un contexte multiculturel.

Responsibilities
Apporter un soutien logistique et opérationnel aux acteurs de la localisation locaux et régionaux, notamment les équipes de production, d'assurance qualité et de développement.
Contribuer au suivi, à la gestion des ressources et à la coordination entre les différents outils et fonctions, et présenter ces activités à l'équipe de développement pendant leurs heures de travail habituelles.
Participer aux initiatives d'internationalisation liées aux nouvelles langues en identifiant les risques linguistiques, en soutenant le développement de contenus culturellement adaptés et en collaborant avec les développeurs pour mettre en place des bases favorables à la localisation dès le début du processus.
Collaborer au support des outils et du processus, notamment à la documentation des processus, aux tests fonctionnels et à la collecte de retours.
Contribuer à la préparation des certifications et à la mise en conformité en veillant à ce que les livrables de localisation, en particulier pour leur langue maternelle, répondent aux exigences de la plateforme et aux normes régionales.
Faciliter la coordination entre les équipes internes et les prestataires externes, selon les besoins.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of its evolving localization strategy, 2K is investing in new support roles—like the Localization Coordinator—to strengthen the connection between its developers, publishing teams, and localization stakeholders by supporting local and regional teams in solving localization problems, implementing solutions, and representing the localization effort to North American game teams for their native language.
