Requirements
Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos T24/Transact, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Avaloq, FIS, Mambu, Hogan or similar).
Strong understanding of retail and commercial banking products and processes, including:
Interest and fee processing
Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
Knowledge of system integration concepts, REST APIs, web services, and data mapping.
Experience with SQL and database querying for data analysis.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Core Banking applications.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with business users, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
Support the design and implementation of Core Banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and system architecture.
Perform impact analysis for new business initiatives, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.
