Requirements
Deep working knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, leave-related processes, and the interactive process
Experience operating in a startup, high-growth, or fast-changing environment where processes may still be evolving
Experience using case trackers, dashboards, or other systems to manage ER volume and timelines
Responsibilities
This is a fully remote position reporting to the Manager, People Business Partners.
Lead and execute workplace investigations related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other significant policy concerns
Manage tracking, reporting, and intervention processes for attendance issues involving non-exempt employees
Partner with PBPs, who serve as the primary manager-facing point of contact, to receive escalated ER matters and determine the appropriate next steps
Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready records across investigations, disciplinary actions, accommodations, attendance matters, and other ER cases
Build and maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor case volume, timeliness, trends, and key employee relations metrics
