Wednesdays -3pm-7pm, Fridays-7:45am-2:00pm, Sundays- 7:45am-2:00pm

The Concierge plays a vital role in creating exceptional first impressions and delivering an outstanding experience for customers, team members, families, and professionals.

Friendly, professional, and service-oriented, the Concierge ensures that every interaction, in person or by phone, reflects MBK’s mission and values.

Customer Engagement:

Support sales by skillfully directing inquiries, welcoming tours, and creating a smooth, positive experience for residents, families, and guests.

Respond to questions and requests from residents and their families, offering assistance or coordinating with other departments to ensure needs are met quickly and efficiently.
