REFRIGERATION GENERAL FOREMAN

Prefer a minimum of 5 - 10 years in ammonia refrigeration experience.

This role is essential to ensuring that all refrigeration aspects of the plant are operating accordingly.

This position will manage and coordinate the activities of the Maintenance Department.

Prepares and supervises preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to maintain all systems under the powerhouse and ammonia refrigeration departments.

Reviews utilities reports.

Addresses issues that arise which could adversely impact the operational performance of the facility.

Manages and maintains the maintenance budget for refrigeration.

Base salary

range of $

80,000-90,000.

Incentive Pay:

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program
