Requirements
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience leading teams in a senior care services area working with elderly population.
Acts with integrity and ownership, considering the broader organizational impact, doing the right thing, and following through to deliver results.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $132,000 annually and
is bonus eligible.
The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily PACE Center operations, including participant flow, staffing, scheduling, and coordination of services to ensure safe and efficient care delivery.
Participate as an active member of the IDT and support other members by ensuring timely assessments, care planning activities, documentation, and collaboration across clinical and social care disciplines.
Maintain compliance with PACE, CMS, DHCS, ADHC, and state regulations, including monitoring documentation accuracy, regulatory timelines, and audit readiness.
Lead and support center staff through coaching, performance management, workflow guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Monitor operational and quality performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements to meet Center level
goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
