Requirements
· FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
· A minimum of eight (8+) years aircraft turbine engine line or shop maintenance or substantiated equivalent experience
· A minimum of two (2) years’ experience on corporate jet aircraft
· A minimum of one (1) year experience on Bombardier aircraft
· Proficient in completing engine R&R’S, borescopes and written reports.

Responsibilities
Adhere to Bombardier General Work Instructions (Factory, Shop and / or Hanger positions).
Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
Inspect engines and/or APU’S, components and associated aircraft systems and components for damage, defects, corrosion, or other wear to ensure airworthiness in accordance with appropriate maintenance manuals.
Interpret discrepancies or maintenance logs (written or verbal) to understand history and nature of issue, to troubleshoot and identify required next steps to return to service and or airworthy condition.
Recommends replacement, repair, or modification of aircraft engines/APU’S based on inspection.
