Requirements

Team leadership and development: Hire, coach, mentor and appraise 5–7 product managers; build a high-performing, commercially focused marketing team

Strategic planning: Develop and execute the local marketing strategy that aligns with BUD and MD priorities and the broader regional/global strategic framework

Commercial delivery: Own P&L contribution targets for the franchise and translate strategy into actionable plans that drive brand growth

Marketing operations: Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, resource allocation, launch readiness, and performance tracking to ensure efficient and compliant execution

Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the primary marketing liaison across Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions to ensure cohesive market execution

Capability building: Strengthen local marketing capabilities, processes and governance to improve speed-to-market, decision-making and analytic rigor

Responsibilities

Lead the marketing team in Taiwan and you will lead and develop a team of 5 product managers, drive marketing capability and operational excellence, oversee local marketing affairs, ensure effective cross-functional communication, and align country strategy with Business Unit Direction (BUD) and Medical Affairs (MD).

This role is central to delivering market growth and ensuring strategic execution.
