ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management knowledge

Experience with DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) tools

Responsibilities

As a Senior Hardware Tech at Ensono, you will serve as a technical leader and escalation point for complex hardware operations within mission-critical data center environments.

Building on advanced expertise in raised-floor data center operations, you will lead server implementation and decommissioning projects, troubleshoot complex hardware failures, and mentor junior technicians in best practices.

You'll take ownership of intricate rack and stack operations, manage multi-site data center infrastructure remotely, and ensure seamless coordination with vendor partners and remote support teams.

Your deep knowledge of legacy and modern technologies—from mainframe systems to current network infrastructure—combined with your ability to analyze root causes and implement preventative measures, will directly safeguard the reliability of our clients' technology operations and enable them to Do Great Things.

Lead complex hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair activities for servers, network devices, and mainframe equipment in secure, raised-floor data center environments

Serve as technical escalation point for hardware failures and unique situations requiring advanced troubleshooting expertise
