Requirements
2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok required; Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat preferred).
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
Experience running performance-focused paid social ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in-platform daily.

Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms (e.g.
Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc).
Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.
Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and implement daily/weekly optimizations.
Testing & Creative Optimization
Support structured testing across creative variations, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
